I do not know who this is going to and I have tried many times to report a serious violation of  US Code - Section 241  "Conspiracy against rights".

I am protected by the united states constitution and the bill of rights from Domestic violence and Alien invasion.
Domestic violence means that if the local police aid those or conspire with those that wish to deny any citizen naturalized or seeking citizenship of there rights under color of law then the way the constitution works is militia's and in anarchy or times of "Civil" unrest(Crazy Jews and faggots) its citizens have the right to kill aliens of the land and the constitution as well as the bill of rights.So as of April 1st 2009 the Berkeley Police department and all officers and staff that reside within are now Enemy Combatants in a time of Marshall Law.
As the General Inspector acting in the County of Alameda as well as the investigator for delta sigma omega you failed and are now felons in standing and relation to the united states constitution and its citizenry as well as the united states military.

I have been threatened by officers or people posing as officers before I reported this to Internal affairs and have had a letter written from Police Chief Michael Meehan.
At this point I now have the legal right and a license to kill any one that threatens my property, privacy or life.

A license to kill is a reason that will justify terminating someones life in defense of your own, acting in color of law as well as conspiring to deny the rights of others based on your collective sexual preference and mis-interpretation of the constitution and also from what I can tell the right and rank of freemasonry.
